PURPOSE: To enable a drum to be taken out from an opening part in a supporting plate so as to easily in-out carry the drum, by rotatably supporting main spindles turnably to point end parts of arms, extended in a radial direction from a driving shaft, and supporting the other end of drum cases, connected with the main spindles, by three-point rollers of the supporting plate fixed to the driving shaft.

CONSTITUTION: Main spindles 15 are turnably provided in point ends of plural arms 14 rotatably supported by a driving shaft 11, and the main spindle 15 fixes one side of a drum case 16 with a built-in drum. While a supporting plate 21 is provided in the driving shaft supporting the other ends of the drum cases 16 by three-point rollers 23. The supporting plate 21 provides a large opening part in a position where each case 16 appears, and the drum in the case can be brought in and out. The drum can be easily brought in and out by opening a drum retaining jig to take out the drum from said opening part, while the drum, whose centrifugal force is supported by the three-point rollers of the supporting plate, can perform also high speed operation.
