Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive inspecting needle having high density of electrode for a liquid crystal inspection device.
In a batched contact type liquid crystal panel lighting inspection device for performing lighting inspection of a liquid crystal panel by bringing an inspection electrode 32 into contact with the panel electrode 63 of the liquid crystal panel, the inspection electrode is made to be the TAB electrode 32 of TAB 3 for manufacturing the liquid crystal panel, fixed to a printed circuit board 2 and IC 34 for driving LCD is mounted. The printed circuit board 2 is fixed to a jig block 4.
