PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the operation of a hot water supply overpresssure release valve which causes water leakage, even if the temperature and the pressure within a hot water supply circuit go up.
SOLUTION: This hot water supplier is provided with a second hot water overpressure release valve 20 which opens a water path when it becomes not less than a fixed pressure lower than the set pressure of the first hot water supply overpressure release valve 9, and a solenoid valve 19 for the second hot water supply overpressure release valve, in parallel with a hot water supply solenoid valve 18. Then, bath water is circulated by a circulation pump 15, and in case that the bath water is heated by a sub heat conductive pipe 11, the pressure is released to the return path and forward path of a bath by setting the solenoid valve 19 for the second hot water supply overpressure release valve to 'open'. As a result, the first hot water supply overpressure release valve 9 does not operate, and it can be controlled so that water leakage out of the apparatus may not occur.
