And a timer actuation is instructed in a timer 52 and computation of water volume, etc., is instructed to a computation section 53 to output open or shut control signals to respective kinds of valves 15, 17, 20, 21 and washing nozzles 18a, 18b. And running of a pump 4 and running of burner of respective heat exchangers 10, 12 additional burning and hot water feeding are controlled at the same time. The memory 54 includes the fully automatic running program from the washing of bath tub to additional heating of bath water and the program only for washing of bath tub. At the same time, it stores the computed result of calculation of water volume or the like and the input data from the outside. And the washing program of bath tub in the fully automatic running program is settled to finish the actuation in a short time.
