This massager comprises the pulsating pressure generator 1 driven by pure fluid, which can be set out of the bathtub separately from a massager body 47 set in the bathtub. The pulsating pressure generator 1 comprises an input (supply) port 20 connected to a tap or the discharge port of a bathing hot water circulating pump through a primary water hose 55, and an output (operation) port 22 connected to the massager body 47 through a secondary water hose 54. The drainage from the massager body 47 is returned to the pulsating pressure generator 1 by the secondary water hose 54 and discharged. The pulsating pressure generator 1 inputs a substantially constant and one-directional fluid pressure and generates a pulsating pressure of a prescribed period set by a flow regulating valve 9.
