To provide a bathroom ventilation drying device capable of rising the hot water temperature to an optimum temperature when the hot water temperature from heat source equipment is low.
This bathroom ventilation drying device is composed of a hot water circuit 10 for heating a bathroom, a spraying circuit 17 comprising a heating circuit 13 for spraying disposed in parallel with the hot water circuit 10 for heating, heating the supplied water by a heated water for spraying-water heat exchanger 11 to prepare hot water independently from the hot water circuit 10 for heating, and provided with a spraying nozzle 16 for directly spraying the hot water into a bathroom, and a flow rate adjustment valve for spraying, adjusting a flow rate of hot water to be sprayed, a nozzle for atomization connected with the spraying circuit 17 in parallel, and an atomizing circuit 20 provided with an atomization adjusting valve 22. As an auxiliary electric heater 23 is disposed on a position of the hot water circuit 10 for heating or the heating circuit 13 for spraying, the hot water temperature from the heat source equipment 1 can be raised to the optimum temperature.
