Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily visual-recognize each power conserving mode under setting and operation time corresponding to the power saving mode without necessitating the burden of any special key operation.
CONSTITUTION: A remaining time calculation part 106 calculates consumption time for consuming the remaining capacity of a battery 105 detected by a battery remaining capacity detection part 104 and a power saving state display part 107 identifiablly displays calculated operation time and the power saving mode under setting superposedly. Thus, at the time of easily visual by recognizing displayed consuming time and the power consumption mode under being set and instructing to changeover to desired power conserving mode, a power saving mode control part 102 moderate-controlling the processing speed of a personal computer part 103 and the brightness of a display part corresonding to the instructed power saving mode.
