Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a battery having a desired formation.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a lithium ion battery, includes steps of: forming a first external casing part having a predetermined form by using a material lamination device; arranging a first electrode collector onto the first external casing part; forming a first frame part in which a main peripheral part of the first electrode collector arranged on the first electrode collector is fixed onto the first external casing by using the material laminate device; positioning and arranging a separator having a form to be enclosed in the predetermined form so that the peripheral part is overlapped to the first frame part; forming a second frame part in which the peripheral part of the separator arranged on the first frame part is fixed to the first frame part by using the material laminate device; positioning and arranging a second electrode collector so that the main peripheral part is overlapped to the second frame part; and forming a second external part onto the second frame part and the second electrode body by using the material laminate device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
