CONSTITUTION: Electrodes are immersed in an organic solvent solution solved with an electrolyte, activated carbon satisfying the graphite crystalline construction parameter Ip/Io of 0.3 or less at the diffraction peak on the (002) plane of the X-ray diffraction strength curve is used as the positive electrode, and a metal is used as the negative electrode. In this case, Ip indicates the maximum value of the strength of the portion above a tangential line drawn on both hems of the diffraction peak on the (002) plane, and Io indicates the remaining X-ray strength when the air diffusion strength is subtracted from the measured diffraction strength at the diffraction angle 2 θ showing Ip.
