Title:
BEAM-COLUMN JOINT MONOLITHIC METHOD OF STEEL FRAMED STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3676310
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that provide a beam-column joint monolithic method of a steel framed structure capable of solving such the problems that stress concentration/strain occurrence/manufacturing manhour increase are encountered due to a complicated structure in a conventional cube for a building steel frame manufactured by combining a steel pipe with a diaphragm and that a monolithic cube made by casting steel devised for solving such a problem requires a complicated structure, and is difficult to manufacture and further difficult to be used for beams of different sizes.
SOLUTION: A welded cube is manufactured as a monolithic cube by using rolled steel/forged steel/cast steel. The manufacture of the cube is optimized per size and, at the same time, welded sections of column-cube and beam-cube are integrated to reduce stress concentration/strain occurrence, brittleness of heat-affected zone, materials to be used and manufacturing manhours. The cube can be easily applied to the beams having different sizes.
