PURPOSE: To improve wear-resistance by integrating a shoe with balls.
CONSTITUTION: Balls 8 are inserted into a ball receiving recess 96 of a shoe 9 which has a plane 95 which contacts slidingly a swash plate 6 on one surface and has a ball receiving recess 96 formed on the other surface, and proper spots A on the contact points are welded by electron beam welding, and the shoe 9 and balls 8 are integrated. Thus, the abrading between the shoe 9 and balls 8 is eliminated, and the sliding speed between balls 8 and the ball receiving recess on a piston 7 is increased, and at the sliding part, always favourable lubricating oil membrane is formed by wedge effect, and wear-resistance is improved. Moreover, the quantity of fabrication parts is reduced, and the fabrication of compressor is facilitated.
