Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a bearing device which can prevent a lubricating fluid from oozing out to perpetuate the stability of an oil film by applying oil repellent agent adjacent to an oil film forming a dynamic-pressure bearing. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of a disc 20, the outer periphery of a flange 19 and the lower suface of a thrust bearing 21 are provided with small grooves 22-25 which are positioned adjacent to helical groove arrays 26-28 and a spiral groove group 29, respectively. These groove arrays and groove group portions have a clearance for a bearing smaller than the other portions, and oil films 30-32 are formed on those portions. Materials 33-36 having oil repellent property, the substrate of which is a fluororesin, are peripherally applied to each surface of members adjacent to the oil films 30-32.
