PURPOSE: To save time and labor for reinstalling a bearing plate and a Hometie (trademark) by carrying these elements to the specified position in keeping them attached to a batter member on a form panel intact.

CONSTITUTION: A through hole 74, where a Hometie 6 is rotatably fitted-in, is installed in a keep plate 71 hitting on the outer side of a batter member 3, while a mounting plate 72 mounting on a top face of the batter member is projectingly installed in an upper end of the keep plate 71, and a hitching piece 73 hitching on an inner side of the batter member 3 is installed at a tip of this mounting plate 72. In addition, a wedge plate 8 is slidably installed on top of the keep plate 71. In succession, the wedge plate is fitted in a long hole of the Hometie taken out of the through hole, and a bearing plate 7 and the Hometie 6 are fixed to the batter member 3, whereby these elements are carried to the specified position in keeping the bearing plate and the Hometie attached to the batter member on a form panel intact, thereby saving time and labor for reinstalling the bearing plate and the Hometie.
