Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing structure for an internal combustion engine that can insulate a sliding part (sliding bearing) from heat so as to prevent slide frictional heat from radiating to the outside at low temperature.SOLUTION: The bearing structure for an internal combustion engine includes: a sliding bearing 150 for supporting a crank shaft 30 so as to be rotatable; a bearing holding part 110 for holding the sliding bearing 150; and an oil circulation passage 120 formed between the sliding bearing 150 and the bearing holding part 110 and configured so as to store fluid having a lower coefficient of thermal conductivity at low temperature than that at high temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
