PURPOSE: To reduce weight of a bearing and prevent pollution of atmosphere around the bearing by arranging a sliding member made of thermosetting resin which has high oilless lubricancy on a circular orbit formed by means of two housings.

CONSTITUTION: A bearing is composed of first and second housings 1, 3 made of synthetic resin, and a sliding member 2 which is made of thermosetting resin such as condensed polycyclic aromatic resin or polyimide resin having high oilless lubricancy and is arranged on a circular orbit formed by the housings 1, 3. The first housing 1 has a form of a hat in cross section, provided with flanges 11 extending outward on one side of its cylindrical member. The second housing 3 has a flange 31 projected inward on its cylindrical main body. Engagement projections 12 formed on respective flanges 11 are engaged with grooves 32 formed on the correspondent housings 3, 1, thereby the housings 1 and 3 are combined with each other.
