To provide a bed, a bottom mattress, and a bedclothes pad which halt the propagation of bacteria on a bed, a mat, and a bottom mattress by exposure to the sun, prevent bedsores of a user, recover from bedsores by exposure to the sun, dry a bed's mat and the bottom mattress in the sun with them put, and can use cleanly and pleasantly.

The bed comprises a bed body, the mat which is put on the bed body and has a great number of paper-thin holes light filters out from underneath on at least parts of bedsores, a substage condenser which focuses a sunray, an optical fiber which leads the sunray focused by this substage condenser to the underneath of the mat, and a sunlight irradiation equipment which has a diffusing light equipment illuminating the sunray led by this optical fiber on a great number of paper-thin holes of the mat.
