Abstract:
To reduce the discomfort and prevent reduction of a detection accuracy.SOLUTION: A staying-in-bed detector 1 includes a sensor device 2 for sending a transmission wave using an electric wave as a medium, receiving a reflection wave as the transmission wave reflected by an object, and outputting the difference between the transmission wave and the reflection wave as a sensor signal. The staying-in-bed detector 1 includes: a determination device for determining whether a person is staying in bed on the basis of the sensor signal; and a supporting member 4 fixed to the bed for supporting the sensor device 2. The staying-in-bed detector 1 has an adjustment mechanism 5 for adjusting the relative position of the sensor device 2 to the supporting member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
