PURPOSE: To obtain a bed comfortable to sleep in without putting out of order during a sleep while thermoeffect and antibacterial, deodorant effects are being kept, by a method wherein a plurality of block zones having numbers of bump are stuck on sheeting-cloth by leaving a space between them, and upper cloth covering each of the block zones is sewed on the space between them.

CONSTITUTION: Sheeting cloth 1 is composed of cotton yarn like usual cloth and a plurality of block zones 3, each of which consists of numbers of bump 2 on the surface thereof, are stuck almost within the range of sleeping-mat size, by leaving a space between them. The bump 2 are stuck in the form of a hemisphere by means of heating an elastic material, which is made by mixing silicon rubber with ceramics powder 4 emitting far-infrared rays, a foaming agent, an adhesive agent, etc. Upper cloth 5 which is woven of both thread made by mixing synthetic fiber, such as nylon with the ceramics powder emitting the far infrared rays and the cotton yarn, is covered on the surface of a sectionalized zone formed by each of the block zones 3 being provided on the sheeting cloth 1. Not only the periphery of the upper cloth 5 but also parts corresponding to the space between each of the block zones 3 are sewed with thread 6 on the sheeting cloth 1.
