To provide a bed with a back raising mechanism capable of being used by a person to be cared and a helper and hard to generate the shift of the mat on the bed.
A bed 10 with a back raising mechanism is equipped with a bed frame 12 and a back raising mechanism 14. The bed frame 12 has a bottom plate 16 and the frame body 18 vertically stood to the periphery of the bottom plate and the height of the upper surface of the frame body 18 corresponds to the height of the rear of a knee in consideration of the getting on and off of a person to be cared to the bed and the operation of a helper. The back raising mechanism 14 consists of a fixed frame 22 and a shaking frame 24 and a mat 36 has a size housed inside the frame body 18 and prevented from shift in all of directions by the frame body 18.
