Abstract:
To provide a beer taste beverage having enhanced thickness of a beer-like taste, to provide a method for producing the beer taste beverage and to provide a method for improving the flavor of the beer taste beverage.SOLUTION: The beer taste beverage is a beer taste beverage including a cacao pigment and contains at least one kind of 0.3 ppm or more of isoamyl acetate and a safflower pigment. The method for producing the beer taste beverage includes a step of incorporating a cacao pigment and a step of performing at least one of adjusting an isoamyl acetate content to 0.3 ppm or more and containing a safflower pigment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
