Abstract:
Provided are a behavior monitoring system and a behavior monitoring method that enable monitoring the behavior of a game player in detail without imposing a strain on the game player. This behavior monitoring system 1 is provided with: an entrance gate camera 30 which is installed so as to capture an image of a first area 11 of a game facility C; a camera 40 which is installed so as to capture an image of a second area 12 of the game facility C; and a behavior management device 70 which manages the behavior of a game player in the game facility C on the basis of a first image outputted from the entrance gate camera 30 and a second image outputted from the camera 40. The behavior management device 70 has: a function of acquiring feature information of a game player P included in the first image; and a function of recording the player P as being located in the second area 12 when the player P having the feature information is included in the second image.
