To provide a hand hole with which a bellmouth is attached easily, and by which the number of bellmouths to be attached can be changed easily and the bellmouth is attached without requiring skills, and whose cost can be reduced.

The bellmouth plate body 51, in which a prescribed number of bellmouths 5 are embedded, is formed in advance. An opening part 62, to which the bellmouth plate body can be fitted, is formed in the sidewall of a hand hole block 63. In a manufacturing factory or at a construction site, the bellmouth plate body is fitted to the opening part which is formed in the sidewall of the hand hole block. A gap 64 between the opening part of the hand hole block and the bellmouth plate body which is fitted to the opening part is filled with a filling material. The hand hole which is provided with the bellmouths in the desired number of pieces or in desired arrangements is completed.
