Abstract:
To provide a belt driving device capable of quickly eliminating a shift in shift eliminating operation.
In this belt driving device having a belt 3 tensioned by at least two rollers 1 and 2, a pressurizing roller 12 for forming a nip between the pressurizing roller and the belt 3 by contacting with an outer peripheral surface of the belt 3, and a belt shift preventive means arranged in at least one of the tensioned rollers, frictional force in the roller having the belt shift preventive means is larger than or at least equal to the sum of frictional force in places of the other roller.
