PURPOSE: To prevent deformation of a movable belt by forming total area of flow passage at water drainage part of each cooling pad larger than both of total area of a flow passage at adjacent water supplying part and total area of a flow passage formed at gap between the movable belt and the cooling pad.
CONSTITUTION: The total areas ΣA1 of the flow passage for each row summing up the cross sectional area A1 of the flow passage in the water supplying hole 9 for each row and the total areas ΣA4 of the flow passage for each row summing up the cross sectional area A4 of the flow passage in the water drainage hole 10 for each row are to form to ΣA4>ΣA1. Further, the total areas ΣA3 of the annular flow passage for each row summing up the cross sectional area A3 of the annular flow passage for each row are to form to ΣA4>ΣA3. Then, in order to always keep the water supplying flow rate to constant, the total areas ΣA2 of the annular flow passage for each row summing up the cross sectional area A2 of the annular flow passage for each row are to form to ΣA1<ΣA2. Further, in order to flow cooling water flowing the gap 11 between the movable belt 4 and the cooling pad 6 without any tightening, both total areas ΣA2 and ΣA3 are to form to ΣA2<ΣA3.
