Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate a manual switching operation of pulse, to automatically switch pulse ratio, to prevent a high-speed collision of one die with the other and to protect dies from being damaged.
CONSTITUTION: The bending machine is provided with a hand-operated pulser 17 for moving a ram, a pulse frequency counting means 21 for counting the number of pulses produced by this hand-operated pulser 17 and a switchover position storage means 23 for storing data of switching positions to switch the number of pulses. In addition, the machine is provided with a comparator 25 for comparing the actual count number with the data of switching positions and with a pulse ratio changing means 27 by which a pulse ratio is changed when the actual count number exceeds the data of switching position to drive a driving means M.
