USE: A drug having inhibitory activity against phospholipase A2, showing anti- inflammatory action and effective for preventing and treating thrombosis, allergy, arteriosclerosis, edema, arthritis, rheumatism, ischemic tissue disorder, etc.
PREPARATION: For example, a compound shown by formula VI (R10 is R4O-, group shown by formula II, formula III, etc.; R20 is methoxymethyl, H, etc.) is reacted with a compound shown by formula VII and OH-protecting group is eliminated under an acidic condition to give a compound shown by formula I when R1 is R10.
