Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:Benzthiazepine derivatives of formula I (R1 is H, halogen, lower alkyl; R2 and R3 are the same or different H, lower alkyl; T8 is formula II).
EXAMPLE: 2-(p-Toluenesulfonyl)-3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,2-benzothiazepin-5-one.
USE: Medical preparation having ultromotivity-inhibiting activity, anti-inflammatory analgesic activity or antimicrobial activity.
PREPARATION: For example, a compound of formula III is dissolved in benzene or acetonitrile and stirred with silica gel or triethylamine at room temperature for several hours to give the compound of formula I.
