To provide a device for issuing a betting card which is separated into a betting card information reading region and a region for checking by a fan of particulars, by which the fan can easily check the betting card information.

The betting card issuing device for automatic printing comprises an information terminal from which a fan inputs betting information for purchasing a betting slip, and an automatic betting card printing means which issues a betting card by which the fan purchases a betting slip according to the betting information inputted from the information terminal. The automatic betting card printing means issues a betting card which is printed with two separate regions, namely, the information region 1-0 of which computer-processed information showing betting particulars according to the information inputted by the fan is read by a betting slip issuing machine, and the region 1-1 for checking the particulars of the betting card by which the fan recognizes the computer-processed information.
