Abstract:
To provide a beverage production device capable of suppressing occurrence of fogging due to dew condensation on a surface on a cooking space side of a door part.SOLUTION: A beverage production device 100 comprises: a stirring part 10 for stirring a raw material for beverage in a container within a cooking space S; a cleaning part 50 for cleaning the stirring part 10 in the cooking space S with high-temperature liquid; a door part 20 for partitioning between the cooking space S and an external space; and a fogging suppression part 80 which is provided on the cooking space S side relative to the door part 20 or in a space continuous with the cooking space S, and suppresses occurrence of fogging which is caused by dew condensation on a surface 20a on the cooking space S side of the door part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
