Abstract:
To provide a beverage server and a pouring member capable of easily carrying out a pouring operation of a foam by suppressing a force of the foam poured out in an approximately horizontal direction, and suppressing adherence of the foam.SOLUTION: The beverage server comprises: a foam faucet 10 having a foam nozzle 14 through which a foam B of a beverage to be poured on top of a liquid L passes; and a pouring member 20 mounted on the foam nozzle 14, for pouring the foam B passed through the foam nozzle 14 on top the liquid L. The pouring member 20 includes a foam passage through which the foam B passes and a foam outflow port 22 from which the foam B passed through the foam passage flows out. The foam outflow port 22 opens towards a direction along a liquid surface L1 of the liquid L, and an area of a foam outflow port 22c is 45 mm2 or more and 75 mm2 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
