To provide a biaxial stretching blow molding machine which can efficiently perform feeding pitch enlarging action, preform feeding action and molding discharge action.

Two preform carriers 12 arriving at positions 31 and 32 with a first feeding pitch p1 via heating parts 4 or 3 of the biaxial stretching blow molding machine 1 are fed to molding positions 33 and 34 with a wide feeding pitch p2 by a pitch enlarging mechanism 14. The pitch enlarging mechanism 14 is provided with a front side holding plate 41 and a rear side holding plate 42, and when it sends out the front side holding plate 41 with two-times larger pitch of the second feeding pitch, a first holding groove 51 and a second holding groove 52 formed with the interval of the second feeding pitch are positioned at molding discharge positions 35 and 36. The rear side holding plate 42 is sent out on the midway of sending action while being integrated with the front side holding plate 41, and they are positioned at the molding positions 33 and 34 in the state where the interval between a third holding groove 53 of the front side holding plate 41 and a fourth holding groove 54 of the rear side holding plate 42 is the second feeding pitch.
