The basket 1 of the bicycle or the like attached to a top face of the rear carrier 2 includes a substantially rectangular parallelepiped space in which the business bag or the school bag can be placed in the correct orientation configured of three faces of enclosure sections 10 at both sides and an enclosure section 20 at the back and a bottom face 30, whereby the business bag or the school bag can be placed in the correct orientation. By arranging no enclosure section 80 at the front, there is an action effect of corresponding to a difference of dimensions in the longitudinal direction of the business bags and the school bags. When not in use, by hanging the three enclosure sections down and so forth, the top face of the rear carrier 2 can be substantially planar so as to carry the general luggage.
