Abstract:
PURPOSE: To save man-power and working time by remodeling a device for automatically charging a tray into a heating furnace, which needs the two step operations with two kinds of pushing rods in the conventional technique, and to save the space by integrating a charging opening part of the heating furnace and a charging device of the tray.
CONSTITUTION: The tray 5 is stopped at the position shown with the broken line in the figure after passing on pushing mechanism 8. The pushing mechanism 8 pushes the right end of the tray 5 after shifting on a guide by rotating ball screws and shifts the tray 5 on the roller conveyor 20 and charges into the heating furnace 1. The pushing mechanism 8 changes over a double clutch by detecting with a laser beam sensor 21 and quickly returns back and stops by detecting with a laser beam sensor 22 and waits the moving of the following tray.
