To provide a bilberry-mixed food which is good for asthenopia recovery and skin activation.
The bilberry-mixed food is characterized by adding an anthocyanin-containing bilberry undiluted liquid extracted from bilberry fruits and collagen and/or one or more other protein nutrients. The bilberry undiluted liquid is obtained by stirring and dissolving bilberry extract (containing anthocyanidin in an amount of about 25%) powder extracted from the bilberry fruits and then standardized, in 85 to 95°C hot water, and contains the bilberry extract in an amount of ≥10,000 mg/100 ml. The collagen is soluble collagen, and the other protein nutrients are selected from chondroitin, elastin, and amino acids. The bilberry-mixed food contains yogurt, ice cream, and gummi candy.
