To easily incinerate and discard a file which has become unnecessary together with binders, by using incineration devices owned by general enterprises and households or the like by constituting the binders for the file of a binder main body which can be incinerated.
This binder 2 for a file is formed of a paper material having a specified thickness. On one end section side of the binder main body 2A, which is located in the spreading direction of the file main body, three pieces of band-shape paper passing free edges 4 for binding, which have a standing section 3, can be bent to a standing section 5, and can be passed through rectangular through holes provided on binding papers, are provided with intervals corresponding with the through holes. On the standing section 5, three pieces of inverted U-shape cuts 6, through which the wedge-shape free end 4a of the passing free piece 4 can be easily passed, and in addition, which can hold the free end 4a after the passing, are provided in a manner to be confronted with respective passing free edges 4. Thus, a holding means, which holds the binding paper passing free edge 4, is formed.
