Abstract:

To provide bio-hard charcoal having a higher calorific value produced from biomass coke by using biomass materials.

Biomass coke produced from biomass materials is subjected to carbonization treatment at a higher temperature of 1000°C or higher to obtain bio-hard charcoal having a calorific value of 28 MJ/kg or more.
