Abstract:

To provide an effective method and composition for promoting a rapid ingrowth of densely combined tissues in aneurysm.

A composition for the treatment of vascular occlusion comprises: a vascular occlusion member; a balloon coated with fibrin, polyethyleneglycol derivative, gelatin granular agent coated with thrombin, and iron microsphere; trace metals; and a material chosen from a group of clot stablizing molecules or their combination.
