Abstract:
To provide a sensing device, and a DNA microarray-equipped biochemical reaction cassette used for detecting a desired target matter such as gene, which can be held in parallel with a detector plane of the sensing device to achieve high-precision sensing by easier operation.
This biochemical reaction cassette 101 comprises substrate 100 on which probe 105 specifically-combinable with the target matter is fixed, ceiling member 108 as a reaction stage component forming reaction stage 106 together with the substrate 100, elastic member 104, and stationary member 103 for supporting the substrate 100 so as to be movable towards the ceiling member 108 through the elastic member 104.
