Abstract:
To provide an alternative system for monitoring a biological state of a subject by using a load detector.SOLUTION: A biological state monitoring system for monitoring a biological state of a subject on a bed includes: a first load detector provided on the bed or at the lower part of the leg of the bed on one side in a width direction of the bed for detecting a load, which is a load by the subject, including a load component that vibrates in response to a heart beat of the subject; a second load detector provided on the bed or at the lower part of the leg of the bed on the other side in the width direction of the bed for detecting a load, which is a load by the subject, including a load component that vibrates in response to a heart beat of the subject; and a heart beat state determination unit for obtaining a difference between the load by the subject detected by the first load detector and the load by the subject detected by the second load detector, and determining the heart beat state of the subject from the difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
