Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological vibration sensor capable of suppressing a position deviation, whose detection sensitivity is relatively large.SOLUTION: A biological vibration sensor disposed on the surface of a living body for detecting the vibration inside the living body includes: a vibration detection element having a sheet-like piezoelectric material and a pair of electrodes laminated on the front and back sides of the piezoelectric material; and contact sheets laminated on the back side of the vibration detection element, which come in contact with the living body.
