To provide a road surface repairing bitumen composition in which a small-scale site work can be carried out easily even at a repairing site in a low temperature and a wet stat, which is quick in hardening after execution work, and can obtain high hardened object strength, abrasion resistance, durability, and smooth surface finish.
To achieve those properties, this composition is formed by the following condition (a) an aggregate component including an aggregate having the specific particle size, (b) cement and/or lime having an aggregate component not more than 4 wt.%, (c) a bituminous emulsion, and (d) urethane prepolymer including an end isocyanate group obtained by reacting polyisocyanate, a compound containing two or more active hydrogen in a molecule, and N-hydroxyalkyloxazolidine.
