Title:
BLADE-FIXING MECHANISM FOR BLADE SURFACE POLISHER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3843448
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade-fixing mechanism capable of easily obtaining surface roughness with a desired value while maintaining a dimensional tolerance in a tip part of a blade, and of facilitating attaching and detaching.
SOLUTION: This mechanism is provided with an engaging jig having a groove engaged with a root part of the turbine blade and an insertion port for the groove engaged with the root part of the turbine blade, a groove cover capable of closing the insertion port, a groove cover energizing means for energizing the groove cover to press it to the engaging jig, and a pressing jig having a patch member contacting closely with the tip part of the turbine blade engaged with the engaging jig and a patch member energizing means for energizing the patch member to the tip part of the turbine blade, and the mechanism is used instead of a conventional blade fixing mechanism for a blade surface polisher for polishing a surface of the turbine blade.
