PURPOSE: To enable blending of coffee beans on a predesignated blending base of coffee beans, by combining a storage container for coffee beans with a meter, a make-and-break mechanism for a shutter, a controller and a card information reader in such a way that they act specifically.
CONSTITUTION: When the coffee beans 2a, 2b, and 2c in a ratio of 1:1:1, respectively, and in amounts of 150g is written in card information, firstly a signal to open the shutter 3a is sent from the controller 6, and the shutter 3a is opened by the make-and-break mechanism 8. Then, the coffee beans 2a are dropped and stored in the metering box 4. When a signal of 50g is shown in the meter 5, the controller 6 closes the shutter 3a by the make-and-break mechanism 8. Then the coffee beans 2b are similarly stored in the metering box 4. When the coffee beans 2c are similarly done, 50g coffee beans 2a, 50g coffee beans 2b and 50g coffee beans 2c are stored in the metering box 4. When the coffee beans are taken out from the outlet 10, a customer can obtain coffee beans blended depending upon his or her choice.
