Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make an outward appearance so better as well as improve the extent of merchandise value by constituting a blind slat in coherently laminating each decorative material, larger in size of width and length or either side than a metal center core on both sides of this core.
CONSTITUTION: Each of decorative materials 12, 12 are coherently laminated on both sides of a metal plate 16 provided with plural numbers of slits 15 parallelly at the specified intervals, and this metal plate 16 is cut into split along the slits 15. With this division, a blind slat 10 with the decorative materials 12, 12 larger in width size than metal center cores 11, 11 is thus formable.
