In the blood examining container 1 comprising an airtight container. the upper portion of a filter 4 for separating a solid content, the blood plasma, or the serum from the blood composes a blood accommodation section 10 and the lower portion composes a section 9 for accommodating the separated blood plasma or serum. In the rear stage of the filter 4, a section 8 for retaining a fixed amount of blood plasma or serum is provided.
