Abstract:

To obtain a blood sugar level rise inhibitor that is orally taken/ingested daily and readily, has no adverse effect and is highly safe.

The blood sugar level rise inhibitor comprises syrup of sweet sake. The food, beverage or seasoning having inhibitory action on blood sugar level rise comprises the blood sugar level rise inhibitor. Boiled sweet sake may be cited as the representative example of the syrup of sweet sake. The blood sugar level rise inhibitor is orally taken/ingested and the blood sugar level rise inhibitor is usefully added to a food, a beverage or seasoning.
