Also, a plurality of independent through holes 7 are formed in the blades 3 of the impeller 1 starting at the pressure surface 5 to the negative pressure surface 6 thereof, and the direction of the through holes 7 relative to the negative pressure surface 6 side blade face is tilted from the vertical direction of the blade surface to the trailing edge 9 side.
