PURPOSE: To set all wind direction changing blades in the same state to the air current with an operation of a part of the wind direction changing blades by forming a plurality of the wind direction changing blades rotatably so that they are applied with a force of the same rotating direction by means of the wind pressure by a fan.
CONSTITUTION: A pluraity of wind direction changing blades 114 are radially formed on the inner periphery of a wind direction changing plate 101 so as to connect a central outer frame 112 to an inner peripheral feame 111, and an action body 18 is fitted to the central section. Notch sections 125 with the same member as that of the wind direction changing blades 114 are formed on the edge of the rib section 120 of the action body 118. When said action body 118 is fitted to the central section, the notch sections 125 are coupled with the front edge of the wind direction changing blades 114. Accordingly, the wind direction changing blades 114 can be interlocked to rotate by the rotating action of the action body 118, and all wind direction changing blades can be set in the same state to the air current by operating a part of the movable wind direction changing blades 114, thus improving the operability.
