Abstract:
A blower according to the present invention comprises a first centrifugal fan and an external fan provided outside the first centrifugal fan. The first centrifugal fan comprises a first centrifugal fan impeller formed with a first inflow port, and a casing that covers the first centrifugal fan impeller and has formed therein an intake port that faces the first inflow port. The external fan comprises an external fan impeller provided outside the casing. Additionally, the blower according to the present invention comprises a first bellmouth that is connected to an end section on the side where the first inflow port is formed on the first centrifugal fan impeller, the first bellmouth having a location where the inner diameter progressively increases further away from the first centrifugal fan impeller in the rotational axis direction of the first centrifugal fan impeller. The external fan impeller is connected to the first bellmouth, and the first centrifugal fan impeller, the first bellmouth, and the external fan impeller rotate together.
