PURPOSE: To provide the blowsing device which can skip and display pages by providing a control part for extracting the page having the page number of a value provided by mapping an increase function to rotating speed from a rotating speed sensor.
CONSTITUTION: A rotating speed sensor 1 sends the rotating speed to a control part 2. The control part 2 calculates the page to be next displayed based on the sent rotating speed, and the relevant page is extracted from an information storage part 3 and displayed at a display part 4. Since the page number mapping the increase function to the rotating speed is calculated by the control part 2, the user can skip and display the pages corresponding to the speed for rotating the rotating speed sensor 1, and labor can be saved. When a rotating angle sensor is provided in place of the rotating speed sensor 1, the rotating angle sensor detects a rotating angle based on the operation of the user, and the control part 2 extracts the page having the page number of the value provided by mapping the increase function to the rotating angle from the information storage part 3.
